The practical parts, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book rather than after.

Cancellations and refunds.
Bocas is busier in some months than others, so the notice we need depends on when you are staying. Both versions are written out below. Nothing is hidden in a longer document.
Low season
May to November
- Cancel more than 48 hours before check in and you pay nothing.
- Inside 48 hours, the first night is charged.
- If you do not arrive and have not told us, the full stay is charged.
High season
December to April, and any stay over Christmas, New Year, Carnival or Semana Santa
- Cancel more than 14 days before check in and you pay nothing.
- Inside 14 days, the first night is charged.
- Inside 48 hours, or if you do not arrive, the full stay is charged.
In both seasons you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking, as long as you booked at least 7 days before check in.
Plans change, and we would rather hear about it early than hold a room nobody is coming to. If something has gone wrong, message us on WhatsApp and we will do what we reasonably can.
