Your own guesthouse on Isla Colón.

Most group trips to Bocas end up split across three hotels and a group chat full of “which dock are you at?”

Book Pineapple House Bocas and everyone sleeps behind the same gate. Every room has its own queen bed and en suite bathroom, so nobody gets the couch and nobody shares a shower. Then you all meet in the courtyard for breakfast, plan the day at the long timber tables, and end up back there at night.

It’s the whole place. No strangers at breakfast. No one else in the hammock.

  • Mabel on call for the whole stay

Mabel runs the logistics so you don’t have to.

Group trips fall apart on the small stuff. Who books the boat. Which restaurant can seat twelve. Where the bags go when the flight lands at 9am and check in is at 3. Mabel meets your group at the door, books your tours and boats in one go, and stays on WhatsApp the whole week in English or Spanish. Guests mention her by name more than they mention the rooms.

A short walk from the airport.

Your group lands, walks over, drops the bags and is at the water within the hour. No taxis to coordinate, no splitting into cars. Flights only run in daylight, roughly 8am to 6pm, so nights are quiet.

Dinner is the best part of Bocas. Go out for it.

Nobody comes to Bocas to cook. The town is full of seafood spots on the water, Caribbean kitchens and late bars, and Main Street is five minutes from the gate. Mabel knows which places can seat twelve and which ones are actually open tonight.

Before you ask.

Can we book just some of the rooms?

Yes. If you need two to five rooms, send your dates and we'll quote those together. The whole house rate applies when you take all six for 3 nights or more.

What's the minimum stay?

Three nights for the whole house.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit by card to reserve. The other 50% on arrival.

Is there a full kitchen for group meals?

No. There's a shared kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, but no stove. It's set up for breakfast and snacks. Most groups eat out every night anyway, and Main Street is a five minute walk.

Can more than 12 people stay?

Twelve is the maximum, two per room.

Can we use the lounge for yoga, workshops or group hangouts?

Yes. When you book the whole house, the lounge and courtyard are yours. Tell us what you're planning and we'll make sure it works.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in from 3pm, check out by 12pm. If your group lands early, drop your bags with us and head out. We'll get rooms ready as early as we can.

How do we get to Bocas?

Fly from Albrook in Panama City to Isla Colón in about an hour, or take the overnight bus to Almirante and a thirty minute water taxi. Our Getting here page covers all of it.

Is it safe to book direct?

You pay your deposit by card through our booking system, not by bank transfer, and get written confirmation before you travel. Four years of hosting and 93 public reviews you can read on Airbnb.
